[Re:] Define
What does it mean to have community? How do we “do” church? We give ourselves permission to ask some hard questions in our journey with one another and with Christ. Sometimes, being sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit leads us down the unworn path. While remaining true to the “non-negotiables” of our saving faith in Him, we must not be afraid to take a step back from time to time and ask, “what is the way we should go?”. We believe we grow as Christians when change is grasped as opportunity, and when the Holy Spirit is obeyed.

We strive for the feel and atmosphere of our church to be informal, welcoming. Taking our mission seriously while not necessarily taking ourselves too seriously. Our bricked walls adorned with ever-changing art displays, the rumble of the occasional train joins the chorus of worship on a Sunday morning. A safe place to let down our hair, singing praises with coffee in hand, basking in the love of the Father.
[Re:] New
We recognize that many have taken this Christian journey before us, and while we honor the rich heritage of the past we must not be strictly bound by it. Our understanding of the scriptures is renewed by taking an expository approach to our learning and teaching. We refresh and renew our church community by continually examining our grasp of the richness of scripture.
[Re:] Commit
Christ calls us to dedicate our lives to Him. He calls us to have servant hearts and to live for the benefit of one another. We commit to being “all in”, to doing what it takes, to be responsive to His call even when the cost is high. We journey together, encouraging and holding one another accountable to the awesome responsibility that is living the Christian life.
[Re:] Lease
We belong to an ever-shifting, mobile society. We hope that many will raise families in, and be part of, our church for years to come. We also acknowledge the reality that other members of our church family are with us only for a special season of their lives. We thank God for entrusting us with all who walk through our doors. As such, we aim to equip and powerfully release our church family to be the hands, feet, and mouth of Christ in a world with a desperate need of the message of Christ.
OUR COFFEE HOUSE
So why not start here? One place we as a church desire to be the hands, feet, and mouth of Christ is right in our own community of Fort Collins. Our primary way of doing this is through Everyday Joes, the coffee house with which we share our bricks and mortar. More information about Everyday Joes can be found here.
OUR BELIEFS
God created us. He loves us. His desire has always been that we turn from our sin and enjoy deep and healthy relationship with Him.
Jesus Christ is God’s son. He is co-equal with the Father and the Spirit.
Jesus voluntarily entered humanity, lived a sinless life, died on the cross and rose from the dead to pay for our disobedience. Forgiveness and right relationship with God are found in Him alone.
The Holy Spirit draws all people to Christ and empowers us to achieve God’s plan for our life. He enters our lives when we dedicate our lives to Christ and gives spiritual gifts to all believers for growth and service.
The Church of Jesus Christ is made up of all people everywhere who know him as their Lord and as the forgiver of their sins. Jesus will return to earth one day to be physically present with His Church.
The Bible is the truth and the very expression of God, written down for us.
God communicates with us in many ways, but the scripture stands as the ultimate revelation of God.
